Our children are involved in a rich, center-based curriculum. Through our carefully crafted learning centers,  children experience hands-on math, science, and literacy while having fun. We build problem-solving skills and foster independence through daily routines.  Whole group and small group activities support cooperation and collaboration between peers.  Daily circle time provides opportunities for oral language development, comprehension, and listening.  Our program focuses on developing the physical, social, emotional and academic skills necessary to make a smooth transition into any school program.  Our program at Palm Valley Preschool also ensures that children are able to explore their faith and gain insights about God.

All students spend time daily in the music and movement class where they will sing songs, dance, play instruments, and learn about joyful sounds.

Students visit our Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math lab where they participate in a variety of hands on, student-driven exploration activities. This center-based enrichment area focuses on the processes for developing problem solving skills and creative expression

We gather as a school community every week to hear Bible stories, sing songs, and pray together.

Palm Valley Preschool would not be the successful program that it is without the involvement of our incredible families. The Cooperative Program is one of the things that sets our school apart from others in the Round Rock community. We encourage families to participate each year by volunteering in the classroom three mornings a week and serving on a committee.  The Cooperative Program provides channels for communication between parents and teachers and creates support for school operations.  Families who are unable to commit to the Cooperative Agreement may choose to pay an opt-out fee and will not be required to help in the classroom or with a committee.
